A busy agenda of the next Chiswick Area Forum CAF) includes a presentation by representatives of the developer of the Chiswick Curve.

A report on Hounslow Council's current Local Plan which includes the regeneration of the 'Golden Mile' extending into Chiswick, will also be discussed at the forthcoming meeting.

Members of the public are invited to attend the next meeting of the CAF which will take place on Tuesday, January 19th, 2016 at 7.30pm at Chiswick Town Hall .

Planning Policy Team Leader Chris Smith will inform the Forum of the ongoing issues and various consultations which currently run until Monday February 22nd 2016.

The regeneration plans include the area of the borough extending along the Great West Road, including the ‘Golden Mile’ and surrounding areas in Osterley, Brentford and Chiswick – the Great West Corridor; and for the western part of the borough comprising the areas of Heston, Cranford, Hounslow West, Bedfont, Feltham and Hanworth. The area borders the eastern and southern boundaries of Heathrow Airport.

Other items on the Agenda include the current planning application for land at Horticultural Place Chiswick, which is proposed to be turned into residential homes, the ongoing issue around the 'No Entry' restrictions in Park Road Drive, Gunnersbury, and Small Grants applications.

There will be a 'call in' of a number of local planning applications for discussion, and the latest Police Update on Crime in Chiswick.
