The Addison Singers are looking for new talent for their auditioned Chamber Choir.

The choir, which was formed over thirty years ago, is auditioning for auditioning new members for its Chamber Choir in January - tenors and basses are especially welcome, but all experienced singers are encouraged to apply.

Recent performances have included the Vivaldi 'Gloria' at St Martin-in-the-Fields, a Shakespeare themed concert that also included the world premiere of a new work by one of the choirs own members, and working with Master of the Queen's Music Judith Weir on her setting of Psalm 148 for choir & trombone.

2017 will see a return to St Martin-in-the-Fields to sing Haydn's 'Nelson Mass', music by British and Brazilian composers at the Brazilian Embassy in London, and a concert to celebrate the 70th birthday of the composer Howard Skempton at King's Place.

Many members of the Chamber Choir will also be joining members of the Addison Oratorio Choir to sing the Dvorak Mass at Salzburg Cathedral in May 2017.

They rehearse at The Polish Centre, King Street, W6 0RF (near Hammersmith or Ravenscourt Park tube) on Wednesday evenings 6.30-7.45pm.
