Friends and business partners, Di Bennett and Pat Devito, recently open the doors to their stylish mecca of contemporary kitchen accessories and tableware on Turnham Green Terrace.

Situated in the former Attendi Gallery, Di and Pat have filled their contemporary space with beautiful design led products personally sourced from across the globe.

Diverse products range from Dartington Lead Crystal glassware to Joseph & Joseph retro inspired chopping boards to hand-thrown bowls from South Africa to "Table Stories" from Tord Boontje.

Lights of Africa papier mache tea lights made by HIV positive African women and South African 'Wonki Ware' platters are just two examples of how the women have thoughtfully sourced original and environmentally responsible products from around the world.

With Zecca also stocking exquisite David Mellor, Nick Munro and Claude Dozorme, no longer is it necessary to trek to the West End for the perfect wedding, christening, birthday or a 'because I'm worth it' gift.

However, Zecca is not simply another kitchen shop.  Di Bennett (of Mortimer & Bennett renown) said "We wanted to stock items that we would love to have in our own homes."

Pat Devito said "We waited a long time for this premises to come available.  We were offered other sites but we wanted to be here on the Terrace."

She added "It has always been our intention to compliment our fellow Chiswick traders than compete with them."
