18th Chiswick (St Nicholas) Beaver Colony have a group of 24 boys and girls, 6-8 years old, who undertake a full range of activities each week and achieve recognition for their hard work by receiving badges.

Spaces in the group have become available due to late cancellations of booked places.

The spaces are for boys or girls between the ages of 5 years 10 months and 6 years 6 months, and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Meetings are every Thursday, 5.30pm-6.45pm beginning 10th September, term time only.

Examples of activities include visits wide games, arts and crafts, visiting speakers, church parades, learning about First Aid and Fitness Circuits. Last term we went to Westway Climbing Centre, visiting Hen Corner in Brentford and the Air Museum in North London.

Beaver Leader Hayley Shah says, "Our children consistently tell us we are their favourite activity they attend every week and we want to continue their experience in scouting."
