The GPPG Book Group are organising a soup and pizza lunch in St Michael’s Church Centre, next to the church in Elmwood Road, Chiswick W4 3DY Saturday 10th Jan, 12.30-2.00 p

All are welcome to join and help with supporting this cause and enjoying home-made soup, pizza and cake in aid of Love 146, an international human rights organisation working to end child trafficking and exploitation through survivor care, prevention education, professional training and empowering movement.

The name Love146 came about as a result of an undercover visit by investigators to a brothel in south-East Asia where one young girl had a number 146 pinned on her -the founders of the charity took the number as a reminder of how this child and others were given numbers and sold as sex slaves.

"Love146 believes in helping grow the movement of abolition while providing effective, thoughtful solutions. We believe in the power of Love and its ability to affect sustainable change. Love is the foundation of our motivation," says the charity.
