On 30th May you can run or race part of the 2012 Olympic Marathon route, and what better way to do so than by running for healthcare charity Sue Ryder?

The Bupa London 10,000 takes you past some of London’s most famous attractions including Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, The London Eye, Cleopatra’s Needle, Tate Gallery and the Millennium Bridge.

This 10km race is brought to you by the organisers of Virgin London Marathon, and unsurprisingly places have been filled very quickly. But it is not too late to take part – Sue Ryder is one of the few charities to have secured charity places.

Securing a charity place is easy, Sue Ryder just ask for a £25 deposit and a pledge to raise £250. Simply request an application form using the contact details below and send this back, the charity will be glad to welcome you to their Running Team.

By taking part in this race for Sue Ryder, you can help them help more people living with conditions including cancer, stroke, multiple sclerosis, Huntington’s disease, Parkinson’s disease.
