The Sam Griffiths Foundation is organising a Limited Edition Raffle with a luxury holiday in Barbados on order to raise money for its youth projects.

The holiday offers a one-bedroom apartment in the luxury Crane resort with two British Airways World Traveller tickets. The resort can be seen at www.crane.com

There will be a maximum of 300 tickets sold at £20 each so the odds are good!

More details can also be obtained from the web site www.samgriffithsfoundation.com.

Tickets can be purchased by  sending a cheque for £20 with name, email and telephone number to 73 The Avenue, Chiswick, W4 1HJ.

The aim of the Foundation is "Helping the Young Help the Young" and they are currently supporting two local charities; London Youth Rowing which is opening up rowing to children from disadvantaged backgrounds in West London, and the Lyric Theatre Hammersmith’s Youth Programme.

The Foundation is also hoping to launch a new initiative in schools in Brighton in the spring that will award grants to school students who come up with their own ideas of ways to help the young.  If this is successful they may also bring this scheme to schools in West London.

The Sam Griffiths Foundation is a charitable trust set up to remember a remarkable young Chiswick man who died in 2009, aged 16. As Sam had a particular affinity with younger children, the foundation works to continue his legacy by finding ways to support existing charities who ‘help the young help the young’.
