Chiswick girl born and bred Danielle Brooks-Hutchinson is fundraising for a new purpose built Youth and Community Centre in Hounslow. Danielle (20) with a group from charity Haaya will be climbing Mount Snowdon in Walses on 24th August 2013.

The charity works to empower, educate and provides a wide range of services for young people and the community, across the London borough of Hounslow. Danielle started volunteering with Haaya in November as part of her Applied Social Science, Community Development and Youth work degree at Goldsmiths University. Danielle leads the girls group and has also helped by fundraising at Hounslow Asda with other volunteers with buckets and balloons and is now climbing Mount Snowdon.

To sponsor Danielle text DLBH93 and the amount you wish to donate (£1, £2, £3 act) to 70070 or make a donation at her JustGiving Page (don't forget to gift aid!) Also if Danielle surpasses her £250 target she will donate £50 herself.

Haaya aims to raise £150,000 by December to build the new Youth and Community Centre. In February 2013 Haaya purchased their new Youth and Community Centre and wants to build a 3 floored Youth and Community Centre on the site near Hounslow mainline station.

If you want to join Danielle and climb Mount Snowdon go to www.haaya.com to sign up or for information about other community events and services.
