On Monday October 27th from 7.30 pm to 9pm at St Alban’s Church, South Parade,W4 5LG, Chiswick Churches for Justice & Peace present ‘A new understanding of peace awakened in meditation – a Century after World War I’.

Fr Laurence Freeman, OSB spiritual guide and director of The World Community for Christian Meditation will be the speaker. Fr Laurence is a Benedictine monk who travels widely as an international speaker and retreat leader. He has conducted dialogues and peace initiatives, such as the historic ' Way of Peace' with the Dalai Lama, and is active in inter-religious dialogue with leaders of other faiths.

This is a free talk and meditation open to all. Donations requested towards its cost and the work of The World Community for Christian Meditation. Tea, coffee and biscuits from 6:45 to 7:15 pm.
