Starbucks is planning to open another cafe in Chiswick in Building 7 at Chiswick Business Park. This will be their second cafe in the Park and their fifth in Chiswick.

This particular cafe will be part of the Starbucks Reserve brand, of which there are only a few globally, the main one being within their Seattle headquarters. The Reserve stores offer for a sale a rarer and higher-quality brand of Starbucks coffee as well as wines, beer and spirits.

A planning application has been lodged with Hounslow Council for a cafe on a sizeable proportion of the ground floor of Building Seven. Tenants at Building Seven include Danone and Pernod Ricard.

The current intention is for this space to be occupied by Starbucks for use primarily by their employees and employees of the wider business park.

As well as serving hot and cold drinks, pre-packaged food items, which have the option of
being heated, will also be for sale on the premises. This Reserve store will also offer a select range of wine, beers and spirits to complement their food offering. Up to 50sqm of external space will also have tables and chairs placed on it. These will be removed and stored internally within the unit at the end of each day for security reasons.

The proposed opening hours for the café will be 6am-9pm Monday to Friday and 9am-5pm on the Saturday, with the unit closed on Sundays. It is anticipated that it will employ up to 30 people.

The proposals will require the subdivision of the part of the ground floor which
Starbucks are proposing to lease. Part of this area will be retained as Class B1 office
space by Starbucks, with the retail and office space separated by an internal wall.
