American 'Co-Working Space' Company To Open Its European Flagship HQ In Chiswick

Venture X taking 14,000 sq feet in Chiswick Park in boost for local business park

American company Venture X, which specialises in membership-based coworking space, has chosen Chiswick Park to site its first European office in London.

The move is seen as a display of confidence in the UK.

The company is taking 13,998 sqft in Chiswick as part of its European expansion plans.

Venture X is an American provider of smart, professional office spaces with a distinctive modern design and boutique concierge-style service.

The company will be located on the 5th floor of Building 7, joining other UK and European headquarters already operating in the building, such as Danone and DaVita International.

The Venture X coworking franchise was founded by entrepreneur and real estate investor David Diamond, and his son Brett Diamond in 2012 in Florida. In December 2018, Ray Titus/United Franchise Group acquired the full rights to the Venture X Brand with David and Brett remaining as owners, developing and growing the brand as franchisees. Jason Anderson, of United Franchise Group, was named Venture X President in January 2019.

Venture X focuses on providing co-working spaces in beautiful buildings with common areas, patios and tasteful surroundings. They say they want their spaces to be a joy to work in.
