A packed church came to see Nicola Moy collated as the new vicar of Christ Church W4 on Thursday night (6 June). The service was led by Bishop Graham Tomlin.

Nicola is no stranger to Christ Church W4, having been the associate vicar of the church that meets at Christ Church Turnham Green, and St Alban’s Acton Green, for the past seven years.

As the church has developed a large number of ministries this was time for a leadership reorganisation, with Nicola stepping up into the pivotal role.

The Bishop of Kensington, Graham Tomlin was interviewed by the BBC at Christ Church before the licensing due to his work with Grenfell tower.

In the service Nicola announced that her priority in prayer was for the young people of the area, especially thinking of those going through exams at the moment. This fits with the vision of the church to be a youth ministry and resource for the surrounding area.
