The Kitchen Garden, now called the Walled Garden, will be opening its gates on Sunday, as part of Open London 2010.

Abundance Fruit Day, Saturday 16th October

Celebrate the abundance of Chiswick’s fruit harvest at the first Abundance Fruit Day at St Michael & All Angels, Turnham Green on 16th October. Bring your apples along for pressing in the big fruit press, and help all the local schools to press their fruit. Plants at the plant swap. Jams and preserves from local harvests, apple expert, fruit camp, fruit games (apple bobbing, longest peel competitions, etc), Chiswick honey, stalls, bicycle-powered smoothies, and much more.
