Hogarth Flyover was closed for much of Tuesday afternoon (26th January) following an incident involving a red Mazda convertible sports car.

The motorists is believed to have collided with bollards on the approach to the ramp to the flyover causing the car to overturn.

The elderly driver received minor cuts to the face and was taken to hospital and later discharged.

The collision was reported by the police and at this stage there has been no confirmation as to what was the cause.
