Questioning a 47-year old arrested in East Sheen
Police have arrested a man in connection with the accident in Chiswick in which a 15-year old teenager was seriously injured. A 47-year old man was arrested on Wednesday (10 October) in East Sheen, on suspicion of failing to stop at the scene of a collision. He was taken to a police station in West London, and has been released on bail. He is due to return to the police station on November 26. Traffic officers had issued an urgent appeal for information and witnesses to what they described as a "fail-to-stop collision" in Chiswick that has left Christopher Pritchard seriously injured. He was waiting at a bus stop for his bus home from Chiswick School when the accident happened.
