The man killed on the A4 in Brentford earlier this month has been named as 53-year-old Henryk Pawel Luszcz of Isleworth.

Police were called to Great West Road, Brentford at just before 10pm on Sunday, 17 May following reports of a road traffic collision.

At the scene, officers and London Ambulance Service found that Mr Luszcz had been hit by a car. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Two men aged 20 and 36 were arrested in relation to this incident and taken to separate west London police stations for questioning.

They were subsequently released on police bail to a date in June pending further enquiries.

Officers from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) based at Merton investigate and continue to appeal for witness to this incident to come forward. Any with information is asked to call the unit on 020 8543 5157020   8543 5157.
