Motorcyclist 'seriously injured' after collision with van
Chiswick High Road has been closed for much of this morning (29 July) following a collision between a van and a motorcyclist outside the Clayton Hotel (formerly the Moran Hotel). The 21 year old male motorcyclist has injuries which are described as serious and he has been taken to a central London hospital where his condition is reported to be stable. The crash took place at around 7.10am near the junction with Oxford Road North. The van driver stopped at the scene and is assisting police with their enquiries. No arrests have been made. Police are asking witnesses to this collision to call the Serious Collision Investigation Unit on 020 8543 5157.
