Chiswick Teen Named As Victim of Fatal Collision

18-year-old Sam Jefferies died after being hit by car in Isleworth

An 18-year-old from Chiswick has been named as the victim in a fatal collision that took place last week in Isleworth.

The emergency services were called to the scene at Twickenham Road at 1.19pm on 26 April and found that Sam Jefferies had been hit by a Toyota Yaris car near Isleworth Library while riding his moped.

Despite the efforts of paramedics and the attendance of a London Air Ambulance Sam was pronounced dead at the scene at 1.59pm. His next of kin have been informed.

The driver of the car stopped at the scene was not arrested.
