Ealing Council has secured a £15,000 Government grant to install new play equipment in Acton Green Common.

The funding is to be used for natural-style features that blend into the existing landscape, such as logs, boulders and timber play structures.

To ensure the views of local residents are taken on board, the council is hosting a drop-in session on Tuesday, 4 August between 1.30-4.30pm in the play area.

Residents are invited to come to the common and complete a simple questionnaire on the kind of play features they'd like to see installed.

Residents who are unable to make the session can still comment on the scheme by contacting Ealing Council landscape architect Richard Strange on 020 8825 6367 or stranger@ealing.gov.uk
