Setanta Complete Move to Chiswick

Sports broadcaster now based in local business park

Chiswick Park, the major office development in West Chiswick, has secured a new occupier, Setanta Sports who has taken 21,855 sq ft (2,030 sq m), at Building 5, from Concert Mortgages.

Setanta has agreed a passing rent of £35/sq ft on the lease to 2017, once it has relocated from its current offices at Waterloo Place in St James’s.

In Britain and Ireland, Setanta currently operates more sports channels than any other broadcaster and has the most widely-available premium sports channel in the UK. Setanta will join a host of other leading broadcasters already at the Park such as Paramount, Discovery Channel, SBS and Viasat.
