Katie Price has Twittered her thanks to Chiswick High Road boutique Lara for the striking dress she wore to the British Comedy Awards on Sunday.

The hot pink and black printed silk dress which showed off plenty of cleavage received as many inches in the gossip columns as the glamour model's appearance on the show splitting fashionastas' opinions between 'garish' and 'stunning'.

Although not renowned for her comedy genius, Miss Price co-presented the award for best comedy television actor award to Simon Bird of The Inbetweeners with comedian Alan Carr who said he was only making an appearance do he could get on the cover of Hello magazine.

Expressing her thanks for the eye catching frock, Katie Price wrote, "Thanks to the shop Lara in Chiswick for there [sic] amazing clothes. I love the dress I wore for comedy awards. Thanks Lara ;) amazing."
