Supermodel Cara Delevingne is reported to be moving to the Chiswick area with the purchase of a Georgian home.

The picturesque Grade-II listed property, built in 1743, overlooks a local park. According to a report in the Mirror, the house is hidden behind a high brick wall with big gates. It has a master bedroom with huge dressing room and a balcony overlooking gardens.

The newspaper quoted a source saying the house had been on the market for a couple of months and had been reduced slightly.

The area around Chiswick is already home to several A-list celebrities and well-known names from the world of acting and the media, from Oscar-winner Colin Firth, to the sports presenter Clare Balding, TV presenters Ant and Dec, and singer Sophie Ellis Bextor, to name but a few.

The 22-year old model and actress is instantly recognisable because of her signature black eyebrows and has fronted fashion campaigns for several leading designers and fashion houses from Burberry and Mulberry to high street stores such as Next and Top Shop. She has launched her own handbag for Mulberry- a leather backpack priced at £995.

Cara has appeared on the front cover of Vogue, and is also an actress and singer and plays the drums. She has been romantically linked with One Direction singer Harry Styles.

There had been reports that Cara was house-hunting in Notting Hill while staying at her parent's home in Belgravia - her father owns a successful property company. The family are well known in the London social world - she was educated at Bedales school and Joan Collins is her godmother.
