This Saturday’s (19 February) Saturday Night Takeaway End of the Show Show saw Ant and Dec perform with the stars of Ru Paul’s Drag Act.

The slick big production number required the presenters to become Lady Antoinette and Ms Donna Lee and the rehearsal for the choreography was done here in Chiswick.

On Tuesday 8 February the pair visited West London Dance Academy at the WLDA Dance Annex on Sutton Court Road in order to use the dance studio to perfect their routine.

Natalie Parnell said, “As the Principal of the Academy I had to keep it very quiet until it had been aired , and Ant and Dec were kind enough to pose for a picture in the studio with me. The pupils were very excited to learn that the stars had been rehearsing in their dance studio all morning .

“We were delighted to be asked by the ITV who along with the stars were lovely and interested in what we do as an academy Ant and Dec thought it was a cute little dance studio in a perfect location being very private and literally straight off of the A4 Great West Road and close to the ITV studios. We hope they will visit again sometime . “

(WLDA) has been established for 16 years teaching Ballet, Tap and Contemporary Modern Jazz to Children and adults of all ages and has had its own studio for 2 years . The annex used to be an old nursery which has been converted during lockdown into a fully equipped Dance Studio so that the pupils had somewhere safe to dance .
