Great news for the singleton’s of Chiswick as cheeky chappy DJ Richard Bacon has told a London newspaper that he is looking to settle down.

The television and radio presenter, who is currently hosting the drive-time show on XFM, split from long term love and fellow Blue Presenter Konnie Huq in the summer stating “if you are not thinking about getting married and having children then the relationship is not progressing."

Although Bacon grew up in Nottinghamshire, he has lived in Chiswick for the past seven years and often gave his neighbourhood a mention in his former role as drive time DJ on Capital Radio. Equally documented was his decision to give up his SUV in favour of something more ‘appropriate’.

Maybe better known for his off screen antics that resulted in him being the first ever presenter to be kicked off Blue Peter, Bacon maintains that now he has turned thirty, he has cleaned up his act and is ready for commitment.

Interested parties better hurry though as there are also rumours afoot that he is considering a move to Belsize Park – how could he?!
