A short film made by Chiswick Village residents Haydn Butler and Vanessa Arden-Wood has reached the final of the prestigious Current TV eco spot competition.

The competition was open to entries from the US and UK and the shortlist judged by the likes of Cameron Diaz and George Clooney.

Haydn and Vanessa's film, 'The Bags', encourages recycling through the chilling vision of a future London and was shot entirely on location in Chiswick.

It is the only finalist from the UK, with all other films from the US.

The public can now watch and select the winning films from the final 20 at Current TV's website www.current.com/ecospot
