Councillor Felicity Barwood, Mayor of Hounslow was thrilled to receive a donation of £500 this week for her chosen charities, St Mary’s Convent and Nursing Home in Chiswick, and the Hounslow Crossroads Care Scheme Ltd in Heston, thanks to the Three Valleys Water Community Support programme.

Councillor Barwood said “I am delighted that Three Valleys Water has chosen to support my charities for this Mayoral year, highlighting the importance of dignity for the elderly. Their donation will help both St Mary’s Convent and Hounslow Crossroads to continue doing their important work, which makes a real difference to the older people in the borough.”

Shaun O’Donovan, Network Manager at Three Valleys Water handing over the cheque added: “We are pleased to be able to make a difference to people in the local community and wish the Mayor good luck with her fundraising.”
