A friend of the victim witnessed this and contacted the police, who were patrolling nearby.

The police drove the victim around local streets and the victim was quickly able to identify the suspects walking in nearby Woodstock Road.

They were both immediately arrested and it transpired both were well known to police for similar offences.

Both suspects are now on bail awaiting trial with conditions not to enter either Ealing or Hounslow boroughs.
