A 59 year old woman was robbed beside the Thames on Monday 14th March. The victim was walking along Chiswick Mall at 4.20 in the afternoon, outside Walpole House, when she became aware of an approaching cyclist.

The rider stopped and took a knife from his jacket pocket and asked for the woman's bag, which he then snatched and rode off towards Hammersmith.

The bag contained £60 cash, credit cards, house keys and other personal items.

Police are looking for a white male of around 30 years, 5'8" with light brown unkempt hair and facial stubble. He was wearing a light beige jacket and shirt.
