Police have arrested four individuals out of a gang of five who attacked a young man on Elliot Road this Wednesday (2 October).

According to the police, the man was surrounded by the gang and and his wallet and money were taken.

The incident happened at around 5pm on the road between Chiswick Back Common and Chiswick High Road.

Police were called and the victim, who was described as a 'young man' was able to give a good description of his assailants.

A police statement said, "Response officers were called to Chiswick Wednesday afternoon after a young man was the victim of robbery.

"The young man had been threatened and had his money and wallet taken.

"The victim had been able to give a good description of the individuals involved, and officers searched the area. Four of the five suspects involved were found and arrested."
