A 16 year old male was stabbed in the neck whilst he waited for his bus home.

The incident happened around 00.30 last Wednesday (31st August) at the bus stop outside McDonalds on the Chiswick High Road.

The black youth was approached from behind and stabbed in the neck with a blunt instrument believed to be a screwdriver.  He fell to the ground as his attacker fled the scene.

The victim, who was treated by the London Ambulance Service before being taken to West Middlesex Hospital, did not see who assaulted him.
