Suspects broke into a house on Ennismore Avenue by stealing the front door keys through the letter box.

The burglary took place on Wednesday 29th March 2006 at about 01.00, the time when the 46 year old female victim thought she heard a noise.

The unknown suspects opened the large letter box and used an implement to hook out the door keys from a shelf in the hall.

They entered the house and stole a handbag, purse and credit cards.

Local police wish to make residents aware that this type of crime is ongoing and to ensure that their keys and valuable belonging are not left within reach.
