Two sixteen year old boys were subjected to a violent robbery on Thursday 22nd June 2006 at 18.30.

The two white victims were first approached by the suspects, who were riding mountain bikes, in Dukes Avenue who then apparently followed the two teenagers down an alley near Marks & Spencer, across the park and along Turnham Green Terrace.

When the victims reached Addison Grove, one of the victims was threatened and punched in the face hard enough to knock him to the floor. Both victims were then searched and had their mobile phones stolen.

The suspects rode off towards Abinger Road taking the victims' Nokia and Motorola mobile phones valued about £200 with them.

One of the victims suffered facial injuries and was taken to hospital.

The suspects were two black youths. The first who threw the punch was about 17 years, 5’07”, shaven headed, moustache, slim build, wearing a grey hooded Nike tracksuit top and grey bottoms.

The second suspect was about 18 years, stocky build, wearing a blue tracksuit.
