Passer by saves teenager from Harvard Road mugging
An attempted robbery in Harvard Road was thwarted after a passer by came to the aid of a teenager. The incident happened at 17.00 on Wednesday 6th December. The victim, a 14 year old student, had left Gunnersbury Station via the back walkway and had reached Harvard Road when he was approached from behind by a black male, slim, early 20s, wearing a black Air Max hoody who threatened the victim and demanded "his stuff". A passing member of the public overhead this and rugby tackled the suspect then punched him as the victim ran away.
