School Girls Mugged At Knifepoint For Their Mobiles

British Transport Police have released these CCTV stills in the hope that local residents may be able to identify the youth who mugged two 11-year-old girls mugged at knifepoint.

In incident happened on Friday May 11th at 4.00pm at Chiswick Mainline Station.

The girls, who were on their way home from school, were approached by a male who asked for the time.

One of the victims got out her phone to see the time which the male snatched. He then produced a knife and threatened the other girl, demanding she too hand over her mobile phone before he boarded a train.

The two girls described the suspect as being aged about 17, of Afro-Caribbean appearance with a shaved head. He was wearing black trousers, a green hoodie and black shoes.
