Chiswick mother stole company cheques to fund jet set lifestyle
A Chiswick mother stole more than £40,000 from her bosses to blow on drugs and holidays, a court heard this week.
Tamara Murphy, 36, was a trusted credit controller working for The Publishing Consultancy when she began to siphon off money by forging cheques from the company's clients.
The Publishing Consultancy handles all advertising sales for major magazine houses including H. Bauer whose titles include Bella, TV Quick and Take a Break.
