Chiswick Police are appealing for witnesses after a woman was sprayed with bleach from a water pistol.

The incident happened at 6.30pm on Friday 24th July as the 25 year old walked along Sutton Court Road.

Detective Inspector Alan Holford, of Hounslow CID, said,“The suspect hit the victim with a liquid substance from her hip across to her right elbow. Then she noticed the liquid was turning her cardigan a brown colour. She said it smelt like bleach, she was quite intimidated.”

The suspect is described as a white male aged between 19 and 21 wearing a black zip-up hoodie, black tracksuit trousers and trainers and a black baseball cap with NY in silver letters on the front. He is around 6ft tall with brown hair and spoke with an eastern European accent.
