Oil paintings, musical instruments and antique furniture valued at over £30,000 were amongst items stolen from a garage at the rear of Devonshire Terrace last Wednesday.

The theft occurred around 8pm on Wednesday 25th August from the storage facility of a Chiswick restoration business. A white van was used in the theft, which included an 8ft x 5ft oil painting, Georgian oak country kitchen chairs and Victorian glassware.

Chiswick police want to hear from anyone who may have seen the van in the area or anyone who has been offered items which may have been included in the pieces taken from the garage. Please call the Burglary desk on 020 83247 2936.
