Woman Sexually Assaulted Near Chiswick High Road

Police appeal for witnesses to knife-point attack

A woman has been sexually assaulted near Chiswick High Road as she walked home from work.

The attack happened between 22.30 and 23.00 hours last Thursday ( February 2nd) at Annandale Road, which is opposite Turnham Green Terrace on the other side of Chiswick High Road.

According to the police, the woman was pulled behind a wall and a knife was held to her throat by a man described as black aged between 30 and 40. He was wearing a dark jacket and black gloves.

The attacker was disturbed and then ran off in an unknown direction.
