Police are investigating the theft of four prize rabbits from a rear garden in Barrowgate Road.

The rabbits, with a street value of £280, were taken from the garden late on Christmas Eve or early on Christmas Day.

Three of the rabbits are black Ottars and one is a silver-gray Netherland Dwarf.
