Picture from Press AssociationThe man accused of the murder of Robert Symons who died after disturbing an intruder in his home was further remanded in custody today (7th January).

Yousef Bouhaddou, 26, appeared at the Old Bailey by video link from Belmarsh Prison.

He was remanded in custody for another three weeks when a plea and directions hearing is due.

As well as the murder, he has been charged with burglary at Mr. Symons' address on the same date as the murder.
