The local neighbourhood police team in Southfield ward have made a successful application to obtain a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) which bars a man from entering a number of residential streets in the Bedford Park area.

Peter Fisher

The order was granted last month at Isleworth Crown Court with the police working in tandem with Ealing Council on the application.

Peter Fisher was arrested by the Southfield Ward Team at the end of last year for a number of motor vehicle offences throughout the area. He attended Court on 2 February but did not receive a custodial sentence.

As a result of the strict conditions imposed by the CBO however, Fisher can be arrested if he breaches any of them. The conditions imposed by the Order state that he mustn’t:

1) Touch or enter any unattended vehicle without the express permission of the owner or registered keeper anywhere in England or Wales.

2) Be in possession of more than one mobile phone that is not registered to him.

3) Be in the residential area outlined in the map of ChiswickW4 shown below.

4) Enter any Cash Converters or Pawn Shops within Greater London.

If you are aware of Fisher breaking any of the above conditions please contact the police immediately. The telephone number for Southfield Ward police is 020 8721 2946 and their email is southfield.snt@met.police.uk.
