Picture from Press AssociationThe man accused of the murder of Robert Symons has denied the charge of murder during a brief hearing at the Old Bailey.

Mr Symons (pictured right) died after disturbing an intruder in his home.

Yousef Bouhaddou, 26, formerly of Notting Hill, was remanded in custody until 18th July when his trial is due to commence.

As well as the murder, he had been charged with burglary at Mr. Symons' address on the same date as the murder.
