Guardian Angel Au Pairs is a unique agency that helps mothers, fathers and children who suffer from an incurable and progressive disease through donations to the Raynaud's and Scleroderma Association.

Based in Chiswick, the agency dedicates their efforts in finding specially hand selected applicants who can make a positive difference to the life of a family as an au pair.   Their applicant's are not just looking for a job, they look for a way of life and realise the importance of their role and the effect of their interaction within the host family.

Guardian Angels was founded by Sally, a single mother of three who is on chemotherapy due to a chronic incurable disease. She is well familiar with the qualities that is required to make a difference to a hectic household.

Sally looks for compassion and common sense. She wants the au pair to feel like she is part of the family and hence take responsibility as priority. Hygiene and a healthy diet as well as exercise and mental stimulation. She realised the tremendous effect the mother’s help/au pair had on her own emotional and physical health. She noticed a big change in her children and despite her own stress, the young girls who have been helping her, have totally eased away any stress from the children.  Sally hand selects applicants herself and only those she feels fit to look after her own children will be put forward to other families. She has three children under ten and four dogs, so if they can cope with her lot, they can cope with anyone!

Guardian Angel Au Pairs donate part of the proceedings from their fees to the Raynaud's and Scleroderma Association and it is the only agency of it's kind in the UK that helps parents and children with this chronic and incurable condition.

Guardian Angel Au Pairs realises that many families are made of single parents and for that reason they offer a concession rate for such families
