The National Association of Decorative & Fine Arts Societies (NADFAS) is an arts charity which opens up the world of the arts through a network of local Societies and national events is looking to expand into Chiswick.

They want to get in touch with potential members and are looking for local people to join the steering committee.

They already support over 360 local societies across the country, in mainland Europe and New Zealand.

Monthly lectures are given by some of the country's top experts, together with days of special interest, educational visits and cultural holidays.

Society Members and Affiliate Members can also become involved in conservation volunteering projects in churches, museums, castles and stately homes.

Carol Hewitt, its new societies organizer, writes: “Monthly illustrated lectures on all aspects of the decorative and fine arts are given by experts in their field. If you are interested in joining or helping to set it up, please call us on 0203 206 9331 or email membership@nadfas.org.uk .”
