Plans to introduce a residential development with office space aimed at business 'start-ups' have been launched for the Colonial Drive site off Bollo Lane.

The Blackstone Group, which recently acquired the land at 2, Colonial Drive as part of its purchase of the Chiswick Park development ,plans to link the two sites with a footbridge and promises a development which will be of "very high quality and sustainability" . All the homes will be of dual aspect and will overlook the Gunnersbury Nature reserve. The group have appointed BLFS as architects.

A public exhibition, open to all, is being held at Chiswick Park Building, 556 Chiswick High Road, on Friday, November 11th from 4 p.m -8 p.m. and Saturday 12th November from 10 a.m -2 p.m.

The group say they want to present their "vision" for the site and hear the views of the local communities in advance of a planning application that will be submitted to the London Borough of Ealing before the end of this year.
