Plans are to be submitted for the demolition of the offices at 500 Chiswick High Road, the office block near Halfords.

Developers London Newcastle want to replace it and the buildings at 30-32 Chiswick Road with new office space and 61 new homes including 5 houses and flats some of which will have roof terraces overlooking the Gunnersbury Triangle Nature Reserve.

The plan also includes a central communal-open green space and underground private parking.

The current red office building will be removed, including the tall eastern tower. The developers say that the new building will be stepped in height and 'similar' in height to IAM House next door (510 Chiswick High Road).

Exhibitions of the plan are being held at Chiswick Town Hall on Wednesday 23 October 5-pm-9pm & Thursday 24 October 1pm-6pm.

A 'community consultation' is currently taking place and you can contact the developer's community engagement team to discuss the plans by email at 500CHR@yourshout.org; SMS text at 07860 035 347; or Freephone at 0800 458 6976 between 9am-5pm. Comments can also be left on the scheme's web site although this does not include any further details of the plans.

To make sure that your comments are included in the community consultation report submitted to the Council you need to have made them by 30th October.
