Four six-bedroom townhouses with front and rear gardens are being proposed for Horticultural Place, near Chiswick Town Hall.

An application for planning permission has been lodged with Hounslow Council which seeks the demolition of an existing car-park and the building of town houses with underground parking. There are currently offices on Castle Row which the developers are seeking to turn into residential development.

The application is for the building of 6 four-bed town houses with private front and rear gardens, cycle storage and basement car park to provide 29 parking spaces and associated cycle and refuse storage.

A small part of the rectanglar shaped site falls within the Turnham Green Conservation Area, and this has implications for the management of trees, some of which are proposed to be removed from the southern side of the site.
