The building is currently four storeys high. It has a car park with space for 23 vehicles at the rear but it is not yet clear whether this would be landscaped or used for car-parking in a new development. It is likely that the flats would be sold on a 'car-free' basis with no associated parking.

The IAM is the UK’s leading independent road safety charity. It is not yet known what its plans are.
