Parents across the borough whose children will be starting secondary school next September have only a few weeks left to submit their applications.

Hounslow residents applying online must submit a completed
form by midnight on Thursday 31 October 2013.
Hounslow residents applying on paper must submit their
forms to their child’s Hounslow primary school by Friday 25
October 2013 or directly to the school admissions team by
Thursday 31 October 2013.

This application deadline applies to parents and carers of children who were born between September 1, 2002 and August 31, 2003 who are eligible for secondary transfer for 2014.

Parents and carers can find out more about the borough’s state-funded secondary schools and detailed information on how to apply for a place by reading the council’s 'Transferring to Secondary School' brochure (pdf).

The brochure and other helpful information about the application process can be found at the council website. Online applications should be made to e-Admissions, covering all London authorities and Surrey County Council.

Parents applying to faith schools must have the supplementary forms back to the schools and should check with the schools themselves about this date.
