In the seemingly never ending saga of the Baroness Scotland and her former housekeeper, the latter has chosen for her fate to be decided by a jury.

The 27 year old cleaner who lives in Chiswick with her husband, Alexander Zivancevic, was formally charged with using a false passport, fraud and overstaying her visa.

Loloahi Tapui pleaded not guilty and opted trial by jury during her appearance at City of Westminster magistrates court.

A trial date has been set for January 13th.
